Smoked salmon Dumplings

Ingredients:
1 side sliced smoked salmon, cut into finger-thick stripes350g potatoes1 eggplain flour as neededsaltfresh ground black pepperfresh parsley

Method:
Steam the potatoes until soft. Let them sit for 2 to 3 minutes, then peel them and mash them immediately and add the egg, salt and enough flour to make a dough.
Roll the salmon into 1.5inches balls.
In the palm of your moistened hand form a round disc of dough big enough to hold a salmon-ball.
Bring the dough around to the top and close it around the salmon.
Meanwhile, heat plenty of salt-water. Place the dumplings in the water and simmer them for a few minutes until they have been swimming to the top (the water must not boil).
Place them on a serving plate and sprinkle with plenty of fresh chopped parsley.
Tip: to keep them from sticking to the bottom of the pot slightly turn the pot back and forth or very carefully stir a bit after placing dumplings into the water.....

My Ambition

I am a young trainee chef studying in shatec+ Chinese.When i join shatec i told myself that i must complete my course and be a chef.I want to be a chef because i want everyone to get to eat my precious dishes that i cook.I started thinking of joining shatec when i am in sec three i got expelled so i wanted to study shatec but i don't have a N level certificate so i went back to school and study to complete my N level but i failed so i try to get in to shatec but i must pass my english proficiency test.While i am waiting i am working at that time i don't feel like working because i don't want to go to army because i am too young i want to study something that i am intersted.Then shatec called me and ask me to go for an orientation i am so happy so i want for orientation and few days i went to school and start studying.My five years plan is to complete my two years army and then work in a hotel for maybe three to four years and open a small cafe with my friends who studying in shatec........
